It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days on UK STANDARD DELIVERY to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-7 business days - EUROPE orders will usually arrive within 3-5 working days & WORLDWIDE orders 5-7 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Unfortunately, we only offer refunds on FAULTY GOODS. Unwanted goods will be accepted for an exchange or a store credit note - for more information please read our returns policy - simply type 'Returns' in the search bar and you will be navigated to the page.

Please send all returns back to our returns address (see below). The customer is responsible for returning the goods back to us - unless the item is faulty in which we will pay for the cost of returning.

Please return all goods with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING NOTE and include your REASON FOR RETURN.

ENSURE that you have a POSTAGE CERTIFICATE from the post office - without this we cannot offer a return if we do not receive your item.
